With over 25 years of experience working with producers, wardrobe managers, and designers, Oceaner has a long journey manufacturing skin tone and other custom designed one-off costume neoprene wetsuits for the film industry.
All of our suits are hand-made, made-to-order out of our production facility in Burnaby, BC, Canada.
Our local production allows us the ability to provide rush production and one off customization services to ensure we are able to meet any and all deadlines your production may require.
Our specialized skin-tone/flesh-tone/nude neoprene garments and accessories are designed to be worn under clothing and invisible to the camera. They are all custom made as per the talent’s body measurements and unique costume requirements.
All of our custom garments are developed to allow your wardrobe department to further modify and alter as required to complete the desired effect while keeping them warm and comfortable while on set.
We are uniquely positioned to provide further customizations to our suits for various zippers, panels, shapes, and cuts for optimal fit, and accessibility to meet any and all unique requirements you may have.

Oceaner carries a variety of skin-tone/flesh-tone/nude neoprene options as standard, in various thicknesses ranging from 1.0mm to 5.0mm. Due to our long standing, close working relationship with a number of materials suppliers, we are able to adapt materials based on the needs of any given project. We are able to import custom-produced neoprenes at various desired thicknesses and material properties in a range of colours and skin tones.
All of our suits are produced with the highest quality neoprene to ensure maximum stretch, flexibility, range of motion, and natural movement.
Our Film and Television program suits are specially designed for ergonomics, flexibility, and natural range of motion for an under layer with minimal visual interference from the desired costume appearance.
Oceaner offers a variety of skin tones as standard in a variety of thicknesses. Depending on the nature of the project and degree of custom colouring required, we have a few alternative custom options available.
Along with our standard skintone and other neoprene materials. also offer our specialized Chromaprint custom colour/design application process to provide a further level of customization and specific visual design to our neoprene products.
Our custom Chromaprint process allows us to custom produce any colour, pattern, or design onto neoprene. This allows us a greater flexibility to provide customization services in a near unlimited skin tone range, along with any other custom colours and designs to fit your Film/TV production needs.
