RETURNS

Due to the hand made, made to order nature of our products, all products sales are final, we do not offer exchanges or (non warranty) returns on any of our products.

Warranty repair/returns

As we firmly believe in repair over replace, all warranty concerns will be approached as a repair before replace. We only replace items if the defects have been deemed beyond repair due to manufacturing error under our warranty policy. Please send an email to [email protected] including your order number to contact us further regarding the warranty process.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a replacement or repair as a result of the warranty defect. Repair or replacement will be determined at our sole discretion.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Refunds can only be applied to original payment methods.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

 

 

Sale items (if applicable)

All products in the sample/sale section are sold as is, all sales are final

 

 

Shipping

For warranty repair returns, all returns must be approved and include an RA (Return Authorization) number.  

All returns require an authorization number. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number, along with return instructions.

Any import/duty/tax/fee/etc. costs incurred by Oceaner Sporting Goods Canada Inc. on warranty returns are the responsibility of the sender.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or repaired product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We unable to provide any guarantees on behalf of any shipping/logistics providers that we will receive your returned item.
